CANCELLATION POLICY
At BW Skin Studio, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows may be charged 100% of the service amount. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe.
